Most of our continental US orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. If you need your orders sooner we offer upgraded shipping options of 3 business day, 2 business day, and next business day delivery to the continental US. Most International shipments are delivered within 7-14 business days, but may take longer in special circumstances. International shipping times are not guaranteed and may take as long as 45 days to receive international orders.

Things to keep in mind. We process most orders in 1-3 business days. Processing and shipping times are not the same. Processing is the time it takes us to completely package up the order for shipment, which includes printing the orders, printing labels, filling the bottles (we fill each bottle to order), and carefully packaging your items. Most times we are able to ship orders the same or next business day, but if we have a higher volume of orders it may take us longer. By selecting an upgraded shipping option it does not speed up the order processing time. Shipping times (days in transit) are in business days (Monday - Friday), which does not include order processing time, the first day shipped, weekends, or holidays.

We take pride in making sure all of our shipments are packaged to high standards. We want all items to be received in the same condition as they were when shipped. We ship all our products in boxes and never use low quality bubble mailers to ship your items.

When shipping our fragrance oil, all of our oils are packaged in impact resistant bottles. We place the bottles in 2 mil poly bags. The bagged bottles are then packaged into the crush resistant shipping box which is packed using shredded crinkle paper to keep the bottles securely in place

Shipping Information:

We ship Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays) Normally we process orders as soon as they come in, but depending on order volume orders can take 1-3 days to ship.

Correct Shipping Address and 10 digit phone number "MUST" listed on your order. Double check and make sure these are listed and correct. If the address comes up invalid in our shipping software we will call and email to verify the address with you. If we do not receive a response by phone or email within 24 hours of our message we will cancel and refund the order. Any orders that ship UPS we are required by UPS to print the 10 digit customer phone numbers on those orders in case the UPS driver needs to get in touch with the customer for delivery or shipping issues. We will not be responsible for lost, missing, or returned packages if you fail to provide a full First & Last Name, 10 digit Phone Number, or Incomplete Address with your order.

Please do not leave notes on your order with gate/house codes, or notes telling us to leave your order by side door, front door, around back, ect., as we do not personally deliver the orders and we have no way to pass this information onto the couriers.

The following shipping options are available depending on weight of the order.

We ship all our items in boxes only.

USPS First Class* – Pricing Based on Weight and Distance. PO Boxes Okay. (Option will normally show up for orders of 8oz of fragrance oil or less)

Standard Shipping $10.50* – One Rate any size order. Order will ships via UPS Ground or USPS (Physical Addresses Preferred), which ever method is more cost effective for us.

Expedited Shipping (3 Day)* – Pricing Based on Weight and Distance. Ships via UPS 3 Business Day. No PO Boxes

2 Business Day*– Pricing Based on Weight and Distance. Ships via UPS 2 Business Day. No PO Boxes

Next Business Day* – Pricing Based on Weight and Distance. Ships via UPS Next Business Day. No PO Boxes

*Transit times do not include the first day the package was shipped, weekends, or holidays. Shipments may be delayed because of inclement weather or other acts of God beyond our control. Nature's Fragrance and/or UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to, the
absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, demure due to the consignee, force
majeure, action of the public authorities con real or apparent authority over the facilities, action or omissions of the public customs
authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories Shipping Pricing:

USPS First Class Mail: All shipping prices are based on weight and dimensions.

USPS Priority Mail: All shipping prices are based on weight and dimensions.

Insurance & handling fee: USPS only covers up to a $100 worth of merchandise. Added insurance fees will be added to the total cost to help us cover any amount over $100 which includes a handling fee which helps us cover packaging supplies, including bags, crinkle paper, labels, receipts, ink, and our time.

Shipping cost difference refund: (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories ONLY) Our system can not tell the difference between different box sizes. If we are able to ship your order at a lower price than the original charges, we will refund the difference minus the handling fee and added insurance fee.

International Shipping Information Canada & New Zealand Only:

First Class Mail International: This lower priced option may show up depending on product size and weight.

Priority Mail International: This is our normal shipping option for Canadian shipments. Much more weight can be shipped via Priority Mail.

Added Fees: Any Duties, Taxes, and Exchange Fees will be the customers responsibility.

International shipping times are not guaranteed and may take as long as 45 days to receive international orders. International orders that are not received are considered lost after 45 days and at that time we can file a missing shipment claim and replace the lost order.

What is the Standard $10.50 Shipping?

One Rate (any size order) ships for only $10.50, Order 1 bottle or a thousand bottles and it ships for only $10.50

We ship to the US, Canada, and New Zealand. We will also ship to various freight forwarding companies at the customers request.

How long until I receive my package?

Shipping Policy Continued:

Most orders to the continental US are delivered in 3-5 business days after they are shipped. This time is not guaranteed and can take longer depending on the time of year "Holidays", weather, and other factors that we can not control. Most International shipments are delivered within 7-14 business days, but may take longer in special circumstances.

ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Missing Item(s) Policy:

Our orders are double checked by us in our video monitored packaging area before they are packaged for shipment. Please completely unpack everything and thoroughly search inside the box before calling us about a missing item. Often items get overlooked and may be hiding within the packaging materials

Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt/delivery. We may require proof of error and will need time to review our video. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.

What do I do if I receive a leaking item in my order?

Damaged Shipment Policy: Updated 09/13/2021

If you receive a leaking bottle please contact us right away. All reports of leaking bottles or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt/delivery. We will need photos of the box and leaking bottles. (This is required and no store credits or replacements will be given without it). Once we receive the requested information we will credit your account or replace the lost amount. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

Missing Shipment Policy:

PLEASE NOTE: Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). Please make sure you put down the correct shipping address before checking out because we will ship to the address that is given, If the package comes back to us then you will be responsible for shipping charges to have it reshipped plus any return fees charged to us by the courier. If the package says delivered than please contact your local post office, unfortunately there is nothing we can do for a package that shows delivered. If the package is lost or damaged we will take the appropriate steps to file a claim and reimburse or replace the merchandise. (This process may take up to 15 business days). If the tracking on a package shows delivered there is nothing we can do about it because as far as we know it has been delivered successfully.

***All reports of lost orders must be provided to us, within 10 days of order ship date. If delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, we are not responsible for any missing package or items from a package. We will not be responsible for lost, missing, or returned packages if you fail to provide a full First & Last Name, 10 digit Phone Number, or Incomplete Address with your order.

USPS Lost Package:

If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.

UPS Lost Package Investigation Procedures and Outcomes:

All UPS Lost Package or Damage Claims must go through us. When we are notified about a lost or missing shipment, we will file an investigation with UPS 24 hours after the package has been shown as delivered. The investigations are a minimum of 8 business days but may take as long as 15 business days to complete. We will be notified by UPS with the outcome of the investigation such as if the shipment was lost or delivered to the wrong address. If they admit error, we will then offer the customer a replacement shipment, credit on the customer’s account for the order, or refund back to the customer’s original payment method. If the UPS investigation comes back with no error on their part and shipment was made correctly, then as far as we know the shipment was delivered successfully and no further action will be taken. This includes no replacement shipment, credits, or refunds will be given.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, but please keep the following in mind:

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, unless we have made an error.

Fragrance Oils are nonrefundable for safety reasons. We sell convenient 1oz bottles for testing purposes and we highly recommend trying a sample before purchasing a large quantity. If you receive a bottle that is damaged during shipment please contact us and we will correct the issue.

We do our best to describe things as accurately as possible, but everyone's nose is different, so there are occasions when one of my scents doesn't smell to someone, what it smells like to me or those who have smelled our scents in testing.

Clearance Merchandise is sold as is. We will not except returns on clearance items and it is nonrefundable.

Gift Certificates are nonrefundable.

We do not allow order cancellations, returns, or refunds on bulk orders for any reason.
